  11. CricketDraw- when you are planning on using Cricket Draw graphics in another application - be sure to save the graphics as EPS files instead of PICT files.  Cricket Draw's PICT save feature tends to be buggy.  If you need to move a graphic to a program that does not accept EPS but does print PostScript copy the graphic to the Clipboard while holding down the OPTION key.
